Your version of Ubuntu, 7.04, has expired. You need to upgrade to a
newer version. Standard versions have an 18-month life, and 7.04 ended
October of 2008. 

Perhaps it would be better to install 8.04 now, which has a 3 year
life, good until August of 2011.
