problems to connect to ldap server: Fatal error: Call to undefined function ldap_connect()

*Fixed!!!!* i think it was the changing of

extension = mod_ldap.so for
extension = ldap.so  //this made possible for a php program to connect to a
ldap server

But i'm not sure (it is not the first time ubuntu get fixed alone)

And the only thing i had to do was link phpldapadmin to apache2 server,
putting this line:

>ln -s /usr/share/phpldapadmin/ /var/www/
