Help on not being able to deliver mail... ???

Hello,

I routinely get bounce messages from Charter.com when emailing a friend 
of mine in Texas, but she always gets the messages anyway. I've emailed 
the contact address listed for Charter in the bounce messages a couple 
of times explaining the problem, but have to date not received a reply 
from them, or seen a fix for the problem occur.

Just one of those annoying things that happen with some isp's.
