Automated patch/update management tool for large deploments on Ubuntu

Hi , 

looking for pointer ( free as well as commercial ) for solution of
patch/updates  management  on very large number of Ubuntu servers and
desktops with Automated defined  push mechanism . 

I know , local repository will do most of it , but not sure whether we
can push , test , audit , status ,schedule etc patches and updates  with
this . 

Any pointer will help
