Displaying a picture in Open Office Writer

One would think after all the confusion that this caused over the years
that OOo would have done this already - or at least enable the option
via the right-click menu on the graphic. Sample:

  I'll submit a 'wishlist' request to see if it can be added to 3.2.0
(due out Nov/Dec 2009 for standard OOo & who knows for the Ubuntu
version).  Note: I just checked and it's not currently in my OOo-dev
3.2.0 DEV300m51 (Build:9408).
