Can't install Ubuntu on my PC

hello Friends mine is A HP DX2255 RX331PT Buisness PC. My Problem is I
cannot install Ubuntu. I tried the 9.04 too. But the same old problem. i
cant even run the live cd.
when i insert the cd and when i boot the cd the following things happens on
my pc

what to do now? please reply me if you can help me.
