Whatever version of Ubuntu you installed should have a mechanism to edit
this configuration files, but if you can't find it, or prefer to things
the masochist way, the configuration is stored in:
/usr/share/PolicyKit/policy
I have no idea how to signal that a change has been made to
configuration however, so if all else fails, might just reboot to aply
changes I manually make.
