Installing ubuntu9.04 on ARM9

Hi,

i Have created armel-rootfs-200906121610.tgz by referring
ARM/RootfsFromScratch document.

with this image i am able to get uduntu on my qemu.

so i am using this same filesystem to get ubuntu9.04 on my ARM board.
i untared this file into one folder and provided this filesystem path for
nfs boot.

While booting linux using this new filesystem it is stopping after
mounting nfs file system without giving any error.

anyone has idea, why it is not booting completely?
