problem with setting up virtual host on laptop

no. I change original name. let's use dev.afan.net instead dev.lamp.com. :-)
but I think it's not important because I'll create dev.xxxxx directory 
for all my projects.
and they are visible locally only defined in 
/etc/apache2/sites-available/dev.afan.net.conf
right?
