error while using qemu arm ubuntu image

i am getting following error on executing this command
sudo qemu-system-arm -M versatilepb -kernel vmlinuz-2.6.28-11-versatile 
-hda qemu-armel-200906120953.img -m 128 -append "root=/dev/sda mem=128M
ro"
