Creating qemu image for arm 9

Hi

i am getting following error while creating qemu image and also while
creating arm rootfs using the builder script.

what could be the reason to get this error.

 Filesystem type 'fusectl' is not supported. Skipping mount.
/bin/installer: line 13: /etc/init.d/loopback: No such file or directory
