Problem to access remote xp pc

Dear friend ,
                   I am facing problem to access remote pc windows xp. When
i open applications > internet > Terminal server client
computer name = windows xp machine ip address
Protocol = RDP
user name =
password =

After that it is give me error. I sending you that error snap shoot . Please
help me.
