A nother queston on switching to Ubuntu

Hello, 

I have been using Eudora for my e/m client. I don't like Outlook 
and, for Comcast, its a pain dealing with the intrusive ads when 
using the browser. 

Are there any LINUX e/m clients that are similar to Eudora? I 
have an older version, which works okay for me. One feature I 
like very much is the ability to sort and select notes that I can 
save in .txt format. I save according to subject and by person 
sent to or received from.
