Chrome on Ubuntu: Install it now, show interest in promoting companies to write Linux software!

So you don't want Google writing software (Earth, Picasa, Chrome) for
Linux? Maybe you'd like their websites to require Windows-only
technology such as Active-X too? How about requiring admin access to
your computer just to search the web?

Get over it, everything Google collects is information that your web
browser is giving them. Complain to your browser vendor for providing
features such as cookies, and HTTP referer (sic) headers. Or turn off
cookies (or even just third-party cookies, as I do), disable HTTP
referer, and/or surf through a proxy.
