Tena,

There's a file in the download directory for every ISO image called a 
checksum.  The untrusting types can download the checksum and run a 
command to verify it against the ISO image and make sure they have a 
complete image.  I am a trusting type like you and don't bother with 
that.  it is important to consider this as an option if you question 
your network stability which can lead to corruption over longer download 
periods.
