need help on new internet protocol

In which way do you need help? Defining the protocol? Writing an 
application to use the protocol? Publishing it? Writing the search 
engine application? Please elaborate.

OTOH, this may not be the right place for your request because this 
mailing list is for "Ubuntu user technical support, not for general 
discussions" and your request doesn't seem to be related to Ubuntu.
