download is an option.
- Karmic has an nbr iso live cd in the daily download.
- I did try the ccd2iso, but it did not see the img file as valid cd
clone.
- You can create your own iso by installing Jaunty then in install remix
from repo then use one of many methods to create.
http://www.ubuntugeek.com/creating-custom-ubuntu-live-cd-with-remastersys.html is one such example (I have not tried this)
- Rereading your original post in your original thread you are
successfully building persistent thumbdrives. With this you just have
to build a Jaunty 9.04 with your 8.10 make it persistant. After which,
boot with the Jaunty, install remix from repo (it will stick because you
are persistent) and you are done.
