don't use the "Wan/Internet" port of your second router.  Plug your
first router into the second router in one of the regular ports.  When
your done, if this works, and you restart one of the PC's that's
connected through the second router, it should then have the same IP
subnet as your other pc's, and you no longer need to use DMZ's to
communicate between your pc's at all.
