Which CPU to use with UBUNTU

Hi all,
I'm getting ready to buy a new computer and I'm planning to run Ubuntu (I have 
CD for 8.04.2)

I'm in Mexico where the "brand name" computers are a bit expensive and so I 
will probably get one put together in the computer store. I have a choice of 
CPUs.
Nothing I will be doing on the computer is particularly CPU-intensice, I'm 
only asking about compatibility with Ubuntu.
Intel Dual Core E5200
Intel Core 2 Duo
Intel Core 2 quad
Several AMD chioces

Also, any particular video card to choose or to avoid?

Any thoughts on this will be appreciated.
