My concern is that the / partition has very little free space on it. From the offending machine. At one point I seemed to have essentially 0 space available on /dev/sda6 and the machine froze. So is the "artificial" space occupied by /proc/kcore really on the disk? (ie, can I install another Gb of files on /dev/sda6?)
