ISO FILES?

You can open *.iso files, but what you want is probably a way to burn this
to a cd.
I'd recommend CDBurnerXp as a burning tool.

It will turn your iso image into a bootable cd.
All you have to do after this is to reboot your computer with this cd
inserted.
