Procmail rule needed to prevent duplicate list mails?

I had thought that I had mistakenly hit Reply All in gmail.

Turns out that hitting reply directs mail to both you and the list.
However, if I pick someone else at random (say Liam Proven) hitting
reply directs mail only to the list.

The headers indeed show:

Reply-To: amedee at vangasse.eu, "Ubuntu user technical support,	not for
general discussions" <ubuntu-users at lists.ubuntu.com>
