Flávio,

Have you tried to set your Bios to boot from sda? If your SCSI is
bootable it's a matter of editing menu.lst to include Win or whatever
resides in sdb. Else you'll have to reinstall Grub in sdb. You might
Google for it, there are a lot of links regarding reinstalling Grub.

If nothing works you could try to make some space available at sdb,
say at the end of your Windoze, create a small partition just to place
/boot or a very lean /root, and reinstall Ubuntu. It would work for
sure. And don't forget to set an independent  /home partition.
