Mounting cifs shares using Samba 4?

Actually, I misspoke, I am using "mount -t cifs" and not "mount.cifs".
It appears that there is no smbfs installed or installable when Samba4
is installed. Essentially, there is no cifs so it cannot mount a Windows
share. This seems a bit weird to me. In Fedora, you can have samba and
samba4 both installed at the same time. In Ubuntu 9.04, synaptic/apt-get
won't let both be installed.
