Help for Ubuntu 9.04 and HP printers.

I have followed and run the command
$ sudo hp-setup

This is working perfectly and I can have the printout even after
switch off / on the printer, BUT now have another problem that other
user (other than first user on Ubuntu) can not give printout, do I
have to give some rights to user other than default ..........
