Help for Ubuntu 9.04 and HP printers.

Thanks for the support.
now my printers are working, BUT if any user switch them off in
between, either user have to restart the complete system or in printer
configuration - properties - policy - enable the printer. In short
printer does not automatically activate.
Is there any solution.
