You don't _need_ your mail to go out via your own SMTP server.  You either 
configure your email list to post to your ISP's SMTP server, or you post to 
a local SMTP server that runs in "smarthost" mode - and _it_ posts via your 
ISP's SMTP server.

There's no good reason to even try to configure your own SMTP server to 
deliver mail directly from a dynamic IP - because the odds are good that 
your recipients will be blocking you anyway.

In any case, the intersection of list servers like Mailman and Majordomo and 
mail Agents like Evolution is practically non-existent.
