	Not aware of all events you talk to above. But I think this is
different. Google has a fight going on with Microsoft over web based
search engines. They are in court.

	It appears Google wants to hurt Microsoft in their poop. They are aware
of the Open Source idea and plan to use it and as much of the Linux
development to date as they can. The Google os will be Linux.
