By making it available I ment publishing the address of a repo that
holds cdrtools and perhaps other non-free stuff.  I don't think Mark
has the power to hinder you.

Don't ask me on Debian's policy regarding licenses: way too dogmatic
IMNSHO.

Mark wont change his mind as long a the legal situation is unsettled;
I'm not inclined to pay a lawyer or even a court to make things clear:
once bitten…. Hence my refusal to distribute.
