[xubuntu-users] How to diagnose loss of X/GUI after latest kernel upgrade in 8.10?

Please provide us ~/.xsession-errors, there should be clues there. It is
very likely a missing driver problem, though, especially if you used to have
a proprietary driver. Type lspci | grep VGA to get your GPU's name.
