Something look at is 'pida'. You choose your editor (emacs or vim), and it does
the ide related stuff. Probably not as high end feature-wise as eclipse and
some of the others, but reasonable. I just like using vim inside an ide. Its
also python based, so maybe you help fix some of the quirks :/
