Evolution Default Settings

Greetings all,

At some point, I changed Evolution's settings so that it plays a sound
when mail is received.  It (the sound) is becoming quite tiresome and I
cannot, for the life of me, remember how I assigned the sound in the
first place.  

I would like to change the sound but cannot find how to do that in any
of the available settings/preferences in Evolution.  

Can anyone assist?
