Can someone explain the output from lsusb here?

hos about dmesg, andthing intresting in there when you boot or if you
plug/unplug one of the devices ? the kernel might select the wrong
driver for the hub, the devices might be plugged into a USB 1.1 port
while they only support 2.0 ... i would try pluging them around and
watch dmesg while doing that (if there arent clear indications of kernel
issues during boot altready) ...
