Nope. 32bit. You might also try a 32bit Ubuntu liveCD - I noted from
some of the 'io scheduler cfg registered (default)' responses/links
indicated that they got their system working using 32bit.
I'd try those first (32bit) & if they work at least it narrows down the
primary hardware issues.
