Connect laptop to Boost phone?

This is a fascinating concept and I have not seen it anywhere before this 
list.

How many cell phones now on the planet? 4 billion?

And a lot of them are pretty sophisticated machines. Some pc's will augment 
cell phones and some future cell phones may augment pc's.
