Those _should_ work, but they are pointers pointing to the actual name
$ host 126.96.36.199
188.8.131.52.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer ns1.numericable.net.
$ host 184.108.40.206
220.127.116.11.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer ns2.numericable.net.
So you might try putting in the actual ns IP's (18.104.22.168 and
22.214.171.124) and see if that makes a difference. It shouldn't as I can
ping both, but you never know...
