Well, mine say that they are licensed for use in particular
circumstances, see the other post. And I know that the "content
industry" has made it clear that in Germany it is forbidden for teachers
to show a regular home DVD in school classes, it is forbidden to show
regular DVDs in coaches, etc. So yeah, they do license use.
