Thurnderbird and Outlook addressbooks

Install Thunderbird on Windows, it will use the MAPI interface to import
your address book and e-mail from Outlook.. You can then copy the files
from the Thunderbird profile on Windows into Linux.

I'm not so clear about getting your contacts into Evolution.. in a worst
case scenario, you can brute force it with a csv export/import.
