CUPS and printer with dynamic DNS - possible?

It should work with names, but how well it works depends on how dns is
setup.  If your dns/dhcp is run by a router, it may not work.  Also, my
printer (Brother HL-2170W) calls itself BRW00234DDD40A4, so it may be
called something strange.
