Yep. I did something similar years ago. Village Cinemas in Australia.
I moved from Win 98 to Mandrake 8.x and found I could not access their
site anymore. I tried lying by setting the browser ID string to IE
whatever + Win 98. That did not work so all I did was move to another
movie theatre chain. Since then Village have corrected that problem
but I just never took my patronage back to them.
