Well, you can't really be certain of that.  I agree that it's highly 
unlikely - but the only way you'd ever know for sure is if a Windows user 
you sent an email to actually caught it with their AV software.  That's 
something that's just barely more likely than actually getting infected on 
your Linux system in the first place :-)
