I see, thanks. The current tarball is about 16 MB, which is not
significantly larger than the wx version (wasn't that over 14 MB as
well). One could assume that the added code is not only Qt, but also
the many new features since the 0.8.x days. If you want, I could burn
for you a disk with VLC. Just send to me your snail mail address, and
tell me what other software you'd like on the disk.
