No kidding, Sherlock. Who could've known?

So, as long as I put "OT" in the subject line, and "use" K/Ubuntu, I can
ask any old question that pops into my head. OK, anyone know of a good
tea shop in North York?

You missed the point. If someone is going to ask something that is quite
local in nature, why ask it on an *international* mailing list? I know
"NM" is the center of the universe but most of the subscribers on this
list are NOT from New Mexico and couldn't care less about or have
knowledge of ISPs in that area. It's smart to ask such questions in a
place where you can maximize the chances of getting high-quality answers.
