F-Spot, Extensions and path

Hi all.
I'm trying to get an extension for F-Spot working.
The extension is "Picture Tile" that make a photowall.
It require "PictureTile.pl" that i downloaded.
I try to put the file (with RUN flag set on) on /usr/bin and /usr/sbin
but the message i get is always "The picturetile.pl executable was not
found in your path (cut)".
Where i can put that file or how I can modify path ?
