Hi,
I am looking for a way to turn VHS into DVD as well. According to articles
that I read, there is no video capture card produce good results although
they works. If you need good quality picture, you need a professional
equipment. That's not worth for lay people who just want to convert a few
of videos to DVDs. There are companies doing this business and It could be
a better off for average people to just use these services.
