There are probably on-line resource communities for your native
language.  I'm sorry that I do not know how to find them.

Please be aware that Ubuntu is a *large* collection of open source
software developed over decades.  There is very little to learn that is
"Ubuntu Specific." but I doubt anyone has mastered all aspects of the
software available.
