Yet again, this report-bug bug has been reported as fixed.

The Developers, who have insisted that report-bug is absolutely necessary 
and fought tooth and nail against removing it, should be reading this list!

I get pretty damned annoyed seeing every single bug report that gets filed BY 
AN OFFICIAL UBUNTU TOOL dismissed as useless unless the reporter redoes the 
whole thing in Launchpad.
