Virtual box?  Is it available for Windows?
(checked http://www.virtualbox.org/ - yes, it does)
VMWare, for sure.  I just don't know much about emulators to run under
Windows.  
Why on earth would one desire tot give up the stability and security of
Linux to run it inside Windows, anyway?  Run Windows inside Linux and
get the best of both worlds.
