Umm, HP drivers are all open source, and therefore, already included
with Ubuntu out of the box.  You should be able to just go to add
printers dialog and choose your hp from the list.  (Actually, though I
don't have a similar model to test, assuming the printer is plugged in,
Ubuntu should just find it and choose it from the list for you)
