There're various. They're often sorted into regional user-groups to make 
meetup and techy demos more possible:

Perl:

I can't find, and don't recall seeing, details of bash user groups. 
Bash-related questions tend to fall more into general unix/linux user 
group talk anyway (and perl and python both find their way into there, too).
